The PCs met him while crossing Drakmar Pass. He was gravely wounded, having been a victim of a goblin ambush. He died after delivering the party a bundle containing a fragment of a statuette, and the following words:
“Quick, take it! Leanara will understand… message from Master Weatherman… must find all four pieces… the secret of the dragon emperor! ”
